Processing Times
• Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order items: 1–3 weeks depending on design and order volume
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• US Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• US Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Mail Handlers (Important for International Orders)
Some shipments, especially international packages, may be transferred to third-party mail carriers.
Examples include:
• Local postal services in your country
• Regional mail distributors
• Customs-assigned delivery partners
Once USPS hands the package to a third-party carrier, they become responsible for the final delivery.
If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen after being transferred to a third-party carrier, please contact the carrier currently handling the package for assistance.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as shipped and handed to USPS, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
• We do not offer refunds for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by USPS or any third-party carrier.
• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly.
